Happy Halloween

In honor of the month of Halloween I have compiled a list of things that freak me out:

Masks on humans. Any mask. Any human. Doesn't matter if it's the happiest looking mask out there; it still makes me breathe all weird and my hands get sweaty.

Artificial sweeteners. I think I've watched one too many documentaries on this, but they really scare me...

Feet and fingernails. I also hate most words that start with the letter 'F'.

The Denver airport. Look it up.

Brightly colored food. Like seriously, how did it get that way?

I'm afraid of mirrors when it's dark and I'm alone. I've seen one too many scary movies.

Closing my eyes to wash my face. I used to make my sister stand next to me and talk while I would wash my face to make sure there weren't any murderers nearby. Also, I refuse to wash my face in the shower. Because if there's anything worse than getting murdered while your eyes are closed and all soapy, it's being murdered while your eyes are closed and all soapy and you're naked.

I rarely feel safe in parking garages. Which is totally rational, if you ask me.

Those computer voices. Like the one on your GPS.

Lakes and oceans and stuff. For some reason I can swim just fine in a swimming pool, but when it comes to large bodies of water, I refuse to get anywhere near it without a flotation device attached to me.

That's mostly it. I think.

Happy Halloween!
